Prior to founding Mugen Vistara, she held executive and leadership roles at Google, Tesla, and Sony Honda Mobility, where she led critical commercial, strategy, and global expansion initiatives. Surbhi’s cross-cultural expertise, honed through nearly a decade in Japan and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management, positions her uniquely to bridge East and West in delivering results for clients navigating transformation and growth.

Ryosuke Nakano – Partner & Financial Advisor

Ryosuke Nakano is a seasoned financial expert with over two decades of experience in global capital markets, investment strategy, and corporate finance. He has held leadership roles at top-tier institutions including Deutsche Bank, Bloomberg, and Rakuten, where he led cross-border initiatives and strategic financial programs. Having lived and worked across Japan, the U.S., and India, Ryosuke brings deep cross-cultural insight and a global perspective to Mugen Vistara.
